A Visit To The Grandkids…and The Kids of Course…

After my summer State Park job ended Kathy and I loaded up the trailer and traveled through 6 states (VT, NY, NJ, DE, MD & VA to see our grand children and their families.

As most of you know Leigh and Chip provided the newest addition to the family. They had a boy who is named Jason and he is now 4 months old and one of the two cutest kids on earth. Hadley, age 4 is the other cutest kid on earth.

Jason was a delight and is the perfect infant. He has discovered his hands and feet and spends a lot of time touching the hanging toys above his play mat.He also makes a lot of happy sounds and some not so happy if you do not give him his bottle when he says it is time to eat.

While we were at Leigh and Chips Torey, Kerry and Hadley came for a Saturday visit and we all took a trip to the Pumpkin Patch. Jason was not overly impressed, but he did dress the part.

Hadley had the most fun of all and enjoyed not only the food, but the Moon Bounce, a Pony ride and fun with her dad in the Corn Maze.

We arrived at Leigh’s on a Wednesday and left on sunday to spend two days with Torey and her family. We had a good visit with Torey and family, but the high light of the visit besides dinner at Chipolte, I can’t visit them with out eating at least one meal there, was watching Hadley at soccer practice. I admire their coauch and his ability to keep a team of 4 year olds focused on the task at hand.

Great photos! I’ve been wating to see photos of the new Prince and I always love seeing updates on the Princess. Seeing photos of her are like a trip back in time–Back to when Torey was shorter than I was!
